We offer different shipping options based on the delivery address, the type of products. At the checkout steps, we will show you all the shipping methods available along with their cost and the estimated delivery time required. We offer shipping services to destinations worldwide, with the exception of Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Worldwide Shipping: 

Free Shipping: Orders over $59.99

Standard Delivery: $8.99

Standard Delivery of France, Germany, and United Kingdom: $7.99

The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Expedited Shipping: $12.99

The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days, along with the costs, depending on the delivery address.

Order Processing

After receiving your payment order, we will take 3-5 business days to process your goods and send out.

Order Status

You will get email notifications of the changes of your order, including a tracking number of the delivery with which you can track the latest routing information on our website or the official websites of the carriers.

Split Orders

When your orders contain products that may be dispatched from different warehouses, you will get email notifications about the details of delivery of each item.

Return Time Range
If you need to return an item purchased on our website, you can return it to the address our customer service provides to you, within 15 days from the items you recieved.

Return Cost
Customer return is free of charge under these circumstances:
Item is damaged or faulty due to our fault.

If you want to return an item under other circumstances, you will need to pay delivery fees for both shipments to and from you.

Refund
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue the refund by the original payment method of the order. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your bank statement, due to different banking institution policies.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange a purchased item, you need to send a request to our customer service at service@beast-like.com within 15 days from the items you recieved, We will resend the items to you after we receive the package you returned.

You may need to pay delivery fees for both shipments to and from you.

Fair Use
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns or exchanges activities from you, we might have to decline any further requests from you. In these circumstances, if you return purchases items to our warehouse, you won’t get refund or exchange items, and we will not cover any loss you may have.

★ Precautions:
1. Only 1 exchange request can be done at a time for the same order.
2. Exchange request may not be granted if the purchased item is no longer available.
3. The customer shall return the product to the designated address. We will provide you with return information via email. Upon receipt of the return, we will arrange a full refund for you.
4. Return orders require that the order number be written on the outside of the package.
5.The item should be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered by the customer.
